SmaqQ

A Melton Christian College group

WELCOME

Hello SmaqQers,

God has plans for you, and if you are reading this, that is part of His plan :)

We look forward to SmaqQ each week and look forward to you being part of it. God never wastes anything, so any time you spend with His group called SmaqQ, is time well spent.

With this website & Canvas, all you have to do is join in! You already have an invitation from God. If you aren't sure, SmaqQ stands for Students Meeting All Questions & Quandaries, because one of the important things we do is discuss and question all issues from God's perspective. You can ask anything in SmaqQ, and we will address the issue. You do not have to be a Christian, you just have to be interested. You eat your lunch, listen, talk if you want to, and usually you get lots of chips, tim-tams, donuts, lollies, snacks etc.  :)

We also write to Prisoners-of-Conscience (they are people in jail because they are Christians - they have committed no crimes), to Governments on behalf of these prisoners, we pray together, and we have special events like film events. They are fun!

Mostly, SmaqQ is a group of incredible people who share an interest in learning about and following Jesus, in human rights, in truth, and in issues. Jesus, our Leader, says that, '... wherever two or more people are gathered in My Name, I am there also.' (Matthew 18:20)

SmaqQ is Jesus time, every Friday. May God bless you as you grow in Him.

Talk to us if you want to know anything else :)

Flow
In your world I have another name...
You must learn to know me by that name.
This was the very reason why you were brought to Narnia, that knowing me here for a little, you may know me better there.
